Mrs B's Class and the New Website Design
This week I went and spoke with Mrs. B's Sports and Marketing class at Steele High School. They gave me some great ideas on how to improve the site and they are coming up with additional ideas on how I can effectively market the website. The biggest thing we agreed on was that the most important key in marketing this product was that the product must be first class. I am at a coffee shop working on updating the website and on Good Morning America is Katherine Schwarzenegger, daughter of Arnold Schwarzenegger promoting her new book "Rock What You Got." It is a book about young girls and how they can and should feel confident in the body they have. Set a Schedule!
When you travel, you have a schedule. You have to catch a flight at a specific time, you have to check into and out of your hotel by a given time and you have meetings or excursions set for a given time. You must do the same thing with your workouts. You have to set a schedule. Determine what works for you and stick to it. My advice would be to workout before you ever get your day moving.
