Hotel Room Workout #5

Today's workout is several pairs of exercises also called "super sets." You will alternate between 2 exercises for 5 sets total of each of the 2 exercises. Here is the video and below is a list of the exercises and the number of reps per exercise:

The first superset combination is:

Jump Rope- 100reps
Squat and Press- 20reps

2nd Combination:

Crunches- 30reps
Mountain Climbers- 40reps/leg

3rd Combination:

Lunge Squats- 10reps/leg
Weighted Crunches- 30reps

 

 

Your Meal Plan for today is as follows:

Breakfast- Bowl of Fruit, Glass of Milk
Snack- Handfull of Almonds
Lunch- KFC Tender Roast Sandwich without the sauce, green beans, mashed potatos w/ gravy.
Dinner- Fish entre from the hotel with either vegetables or a salad.
