Today's workout is several pairs of exercises also called "super sets." You will alternate between 2 exercises for 5 sets total of each of the 2 exercises. Here is the video and below is a list of the exercises and the number of reps per exercise:
Breakfast- Bowl of Fruit, Glass of Milk Snack- Handfull of Almonds Lunch- KFC Tender Roast Sandwich without the sauce, green beans, mashed potatos w/ gravy. Dinner- Fish entre from the hotel with either vegetables or a salad.
