Hotel Room Workout #4

Today's Workout is an intense HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout.  If you are new to the WorkoutsOnTheRoad.com program, you may want to decrease the amount of time you spend on each exercise.  For example, instead of doing 40 seconds of each exercise, simply do 20 seconds of each exercise.

Here is what you should eat for today:

Breakfast- Omlete with mushrooms, tomatos, spinach and onions

Snack- Cereal bar

Lunch- Chipotle burrito Bowl w/ Steak, fajita vegetables, corn salsa

Dinner- Jack in the Box Grilled Chicken Strips, Fruit Cup, Side Salad w/ Low Fat Dressing
