How Long Are The Daily Workouts?
You are busy when you are on the road. I understand that and that is why WorkoutsOnTheRoad.com has its workouts designed so that you can complete them in 45 minutes or less! Of course, if you are short on time, you can always cut down on the workout. If you have some extra time and want a longer, harder workout, just add extra reps to the exercises that you are doing that day.
When Should I Workout?
I always recommend to my clients that they get their workouts done as early in the day as possible. Typically, this is in the morning before you start your day. This keeps you from being tired at the end of the day and deciding to skip out on your workout! With that being said, some people simply are not morning people. If you are more of a night owl, then find a time that you can be consistent with and workout then!
